Hostel Appliance Management System

The Hostel Appliacement Management System (codenamed HAMS) is an information system that allows real-estate owners to manage appointments for their tenants regarding a variety of appliances. The application is targeted at technicians and managers to add, edit, and cancel appointments as requested by their clientele. The application keeps track of these appointments and their associated information and aids technicians and managers to fulfill them. Technicians are able to view, modify, gather feedback for each appointment assigned to them while Managers are able to take appointment requests and appoint them under the registered technicians on the system. Managers are also able to create accounts for the system and adjust a number of parameters.
